I felt very happy. It was not expected that the children can do these many things very nicely and it was a wonderful experience.

I have been recieving occupational therapy and sensory integration for my 5yrs old son at Vydehi for about 9months. This has helped me to understand what kind of issues my son has and what would be the best course of action for him.The occupational therapist provided ideas and techniques for me to practice at home ,which proved very helpful.All my concerns and questions are answered properly.I am happy that my son is making considerable progress in all of the focus areas that the occupational therapist had been attending to.

Almost 3 yrs back I brought my daughter to Sri Satya Sai hospital in the hope of some miracle. Doctors investigated her small head and CT scan report and suggested : VYDEHI REHAB CENTER

The actual miracle happened, when I met The Chief of Paed Rehab Services at Vydehi.My daughter's journey of improvement started from here.She was assessed and her goals were set.

In Early Intervention center, she recieved twice a week group therapy with experienced therapist from different departments like physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapist and yoga . Child also was provided with full hygienic food for feeding training. She also recieved aquatic therapy once weekly. Time to time Tuba was send for dental, paediatric and ophthal departments for routine checkups and treatment , totally free of cost. In occupational therapy my child recieves one hour of individual therapy with colorful and sound making toys for audio and visual control. They concentrate on sitting balance, reach and holding of objects in a very friendly atmosphere with experienced therapist and under the Chief's supervision.Many special children at Vydehi Institute of Rehabilitation have shown lots and lots of improvement. Vydehi also provides free bus facility in outer ring road. After God,thanks to the lady who is behind all the facilities and care. She is none other than our beloved Director, Kalpaja Madam. We love and respect this great personality.
